What is AquaBlast?
AquaBlast is a water-filled underwater punching bag and exercise device for swimming pools and swim spas. It uses water resistance, drag, and the weight of water to provide a low-impact, full-body workout in the water. AquaBLAST sets up fast and is portable, so you can take it with you.
How was it invented?
I injured my shoulder rotator cuff playing softball several years ago, so I began working out in my swimming pool using 1 gallon water-filled milk jugs. The jugs were 8 pounds when filled with water and made pretty good resistance weights. One day I emptied some of the water from the jugs, added a little air and some weight, and realized they floated in a neutrally buoyant position and were in the perfect position for punching and kicking. One day I whacked the water-filled milk jug and realized the outer wall was flexible enough to punch and kick... and here we are.

At this time, no, but we plan to begin international shipments in the near future. When we begin this service, just be sure to check that the items you are ordering will clear customs in your country. You are responsible for all international shipment charges and taxes and VAT charges.

We choose USPS, UPS, DHL and other shipping carriers worldwide. We will select the best carrier for specific countries to make sure your package arrives in time.
