The AquaBLAST Journey: From Milk Jug to Fitness Innovation

AquaBLAST started as a simple plastic milk jug repurposed for resistance and weightlifting exercises in the swimming pool.
While recovering from a shoulder injury, I looked for a low-impact aquatic rehab solution that would help me recover AND keep me active. It had to be portable, easy to set up, and compact enough to use in any pool.

I tried many aquatic fitness devices, but turned to using plastic milk jugs filled with pool water. The jugs made simple aquatic resistance and weightlifting devices and were superior to most devices because they provided weight.
After some tinkering, I discovered how to make the jugs neutrally buoyant, which caused them to "float" underwater. The result was a versatile underwater fitness and kickboxing device, which added a whole new dynamic to my workouts.
AquaBLAST was born, and the idea for a multifunctional fitness device started to take shape. I continued to refine the device and made it portable, easy to set up and store, and light enough to take anywhere, allowing me the flexibility to work out in any pool, anywghere. Fast forward to today...
