The AquaBLAST Tether lets you workout with the bag anywhere in the swimming pool. Just put on the harness, hook up the tether cord to the bag and you are ready to rumble.
To make the AquaBLAST Tether more responsive, try stepping back after each strike to help the bag return faster. You can also give the tether cord a slight tug to speed up the bag's return.
