Three ways to use AquaBLAST

  1. Free-floating setup: Fill the bag with the amount of water that suits your session. Use it like a medicine ball in the pool, pushing, pulling, pressing, lifting, and moving it through the water. The 20L models hold up to about 45 lb of water, and the 25L V2 holds up to about 55 lb.

  2. Harness setup: Put on and adjust the harness at chest level. attach the elastic tether cord to the bag’s handle and clip the carabiner to the harness. You can tow the bag while swimming or walking, push it away and pull it back, or use controlled, low-impact punches and kicks.

  3. Suction tether setup (optional purchase): Use the adjustable bungee and suction cup to anchor the bag to the pool floor. Push the bag away against the cord, then control its return. Use it for low impact punching and kicking
